The charm of older architecture is increasingly becoming a rarity throughout Salt Lake City, Utah, but here we find it in our Windsor St project. Located in the 9th and 9th neighborhood downtown among tree-lined streets and nestled in the epicenter of local shops and restaurants, this spot is an absolute gem. Our clients wanted the house to feel supremely aligned with how they actually live their life. Avid cooks and entertainers, the task was to reconfigure existing walls and make the transitions through the house flow with their pattern of life. This project included adding a secondary eating space in the form of a cozy breakfast nook, as well as transforming their kitchen into a luxurious, state of the art space fit for a chef, complete with ample storage in the form of gorgeous custom cabinetry. We also moved their laundry upstairs for ease and functionality, as well as updated their bathroom. Beautiful stone and amazing handcrafted fixtures were woven throughout every space we touched. Filled with so much charm and intention, Windsor St was a design dream for our studio.
ROA
This luxe boutique spa is everything soothing and stylish all rolled into one. Gorgeous details and texture abound in this minimal, neutral space. Outfitted with white oak floors, fluted stone backsplashes, stone and alabaster sconces, and custom wood sliding doors, ROA is filled with natural elements lending a warm, earthiness to each room. In addition, the raked plaster and lime washed walls soften and expand the experience on every level. Nearly built from the ground up, this project allowed us to really flex our design muscles and give shape to the space from designing the layout and flow to designing every interior element. Tucked away in one of Utah's most prestigious neighborhoods, it's a true urban oasis.

This project was a collaboration between many talented design minds in the Salt Lake Valley. With stunning installs from the impeccable team at Project Sunday, we were honored to breathe new life into this beautifully refurbished architectural space. Complete with a rooftop patio and arched, exposed original ceilings, this gorgeous workspace is decked out!
